Business Development Representative
Rolando Gallegos serves as the Director of Operations at Celadon Recovery. He is responsible for overseeing security, dining and meal quality, housekeeping, maintenance, facility management, client/resident transportation, quality care, and support services to ensure the effective operation of the Celadon Recovery Campus. As a member of the Leadership Team, Rolando collaborates with executive-level management in the development of long and short-term operational goals and plans. He has worked with children, adolescents, adults, and the geriatric populations.
